Mergers and acquisitions can be complicated. Transactions take time, distract management and are expensive. We represent buyers in sourcing and evaluating opportunities, managing due diligence, arranging for private equity and debt and guide the transaction from start to finish. Then, help with integration and growth strategies. For sellers, we can source qualified buyers, prepare the company for a sale, create the selling memorandum and interface with prospective buyers and their adviser, while saving our clients time, allowing them to focus on running their business.
