As “operating” partner, we guide our investor partners through due diligence: assess concept strengths, identify weaknesses, leverage social web technologies to gauge customer sentiment and isolate strategic opportunities within the concept and management team.
PHASE I
> Engaged by principal investors to evaluate a targeted investment opportunity.
> Review materials, interview management, visit restaurant locations, meet with vendors and conduct a social media survey to determine social media quality rating.
> Assist in pricing acquisition and supporting the transaction through close.
PHASE II
> Provide operational support, management consulting and portfolio oversight; reporting to the principal investor. Act as board member or board observer, as required.
> Source strategic opportunities to enhance value to the portfolio investment including integrating real estate, branding, partner and vendor resources.
PHASE III
> Advise partner on strategic acquisition opportunities and exit strategies.
Remuneration
We are aligned with our capital partners. In addition to receiving professional fees, we receive an equity interest in each transaction. We may also co-invest.
